Something worth considering is that the most memberships we could accommodate would be around 50-60, due to the limited size of the music venue and the private room upstairs.
Though, in talking with my neighbors at The Century Group, they offered up the possibility of utilizing their offices next door. (Our entrances are about 15' from each other)
This could fulfill the need for the traditional workstation and conference space, allowing for a blended model of co-working. A membership that could provide you with the quiet, privacy, and comfort that Century could offer, with the hospitality, benefits and social experience I've outlined above.
This could also allow us to expand membership numbers and frame the schedule in a more predictable way.
